How do I get my pattern?

 

You will be sent a list of patterns that will work with the yarn each month. We try and pick Canadian designers – and try to include at least 5 pattern options so you have lots of choices on what you want to make.

If you’d prefer me to pick a pattern for you, just let me know and I’ll include one in the box.


I want to buy a previous month’s package!

Unfortunately, we wait 6 months before releasing the exclusive patterns and colour ways for the previous months. If you’re interested in a specific month’s box – send us an email and we’ll contact you when it becomes available.


What if I don’t like the products I receive?

While this is highly unlikely, we are unable to offer refunds (unless there is damage upon arrival) due to the discount we offer through the yarn boxes. Please contact us for more details.


Do you have gift subscriptions?

Of course! All of our subscriptions are available as gifts. We give the option of you customizing every choice, or you can give as a “blank slate” and allow the recipient to make the choices. It’s completely up to you! (You even get to pick the wrapping paper).


How are the boxes delivered?

The boxes will be delivered by Canada Post and we will have a tracking number for every package.


What if I need to change my address/account information?

Just let us know – we can update your information at anytime.


When does my subscription ship?

As of June 1, 2017, all boxes will be shipped the last week of every month, ensuring you receive each box as close to the first of the month as possible.

So if you order a box for July, we will ship it to you the last week of June.
